Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
